h squared gallery - the best Fernie gift shop, handmade, Canadian made, art, glass, pottery, and more.

h squared gallery began as a back alley gallery formed in the studio of Canadian landscape painter, Tara Higgins. In 2019, we made the move to this beautiful corner location in historic downtown Fernie, B.C.

h squared is not your typical gallery; we showcase unique emerging artists who offer something different and captivating. Every one of our exhibitors have been carefully curated by Tara Higgins and are considered for their talents in their chosen medium. At h squared gallery, we're proud to represent printmakers, fibre artists, oil painters, sculptors, ceramic artists and so many more wonderful makers!

Fast forward to 2024, and we now represent over 20 artists, artisans & makers from all over Canada. As a team, we collaborate year round hosting shows from our second ave home. There's so much more to h squared - learn about all of our art services. Thanks for supporting us and Canadian emerging art! And don't forget to follow us on Instagram to see what's new at the gallery.
