Description
‘Sometimes when you paint there is a particularly delicious moment when paint pools near the ferrule of the brush (the metal bit that holds the bristles) and it drips down the canvas. It is a free movement that you can wipe away or use as a direction for the painting. That is what pushed ‘cutting a swath’ to it’s finished state.’
