The Smokestack Stool is made from western hemlock sourced from British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. These stools, with their changing angles let you experience a grain waterfall that showcases the one of a kind nature of the tree it was made from. Just as functional as they are beautiful, these stools can also be used as a side or bedside table. As apart of the design agenda, cracks are celebrated as a natural characteristic of harvesting solid wood embracing the tension in the core of the tree and will vary from piece to piece. Available in two finishes: natural & charred black.
Handmade in British Columbia.
Care: Wipe with a damp cloth or dust. Do not leave standing water on the piece. Indoor use only. Natural water based cleaners recommended.
