This painting grew out of time spent in Mexico, watching the sun melt into the ocean and feeling the deep sense of possibility that comes from the experiences I’ve been lucky enough to have over the past few years. The colours hold both the vastness of those moments and the nostalgia of knowing I shared something this beautiful with my family, my husband, and dear friends. It’s a reminder of being present, held by nature, and connected to the people who make those memories stay with me.
